The Chargers could have some awful news to handle, as the team may have lost their first round draft pick a season ago, which being defensive end/LB Melvin Ingram.
Ian Rapoport associated with NFL Network reports this Ingram suffered a perhaps serious knee injury today, and the Bolts tend to be fearing it's a split ACL.
If their worries are confirmed, then the growing season is over before this started for Ingram. For now, he is still having tests done to view exactly what the damage is.
UPDATE: As involving 8: 23 EST with Tuesday night, the Chargers Twitter has confirmed that Ingram comes with indeed, torn his ACL, arriving his season.
Melvin Ingram experienced a torn ACL in his left knee in the course of OTA practice today. No other information was already released.
