The upcoming Tyne-Wear derby between Newcastle United and Sunderland at St. James' Park has been moved back a day due to Newcastle United's progression into the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
Newcastle will play Benfica on Thursday April 11 in the second leg of their tie, it had been expected that the derby, originally scheduled for April 13, would be moved to accommodate the European game.
It has now been agreed that the fixture between Newcastle and Sunderland will take place on Sunday April 14 and will kick-off at 12pm.
