MMA Fighter Charles Rowan Allegedly Faked Their Own Death

Amateur heavyweight combined martial artist Charles Rowan is reportedly living all things considered, and is facing theft and assault charges in the wake of a phony death plan according to MLive.com's Garret Ellison. 30 days after faking their own death,ARowan was billed along with two the others on Friday in association with a gun shop robbery that occurred Monday, March 18 according to the Gladwin County Record. Rowan, his lover Rosalinda Martinez and buddy Michael Bowman were in a district court room on Friday to know charges against them following an attempted theft and assault on the shop owner, who had been badly defeated and sustained head injuries. Rowan was established to fight on Feb. 2, but his lover, who was reportedly charged along with him in the attempted robbery,ARosalinda Martinez informed his supporters he have been severely injured in an auto accident on the way according to Ellison. Two days later Martinez told Rowan's marketers he'd died. Among Rowan's promoters,AChristos Piliafas however can't think it (via Ellison ): Itas a little bonkers, to be absolutely honest. Iam still wanting to place my mind around it. The bout at Streeters Night Club in Traverse City could have been Rowan's fifth career MMA struggle. According to the Gladwin County Record, "Rowan, Martinez and Bowman were each charged with one count of Assault With Intent to Murder; one count of Armed Robbery; one count of Armed Robbery-Conspiracy; and one count of Weapons-Felony Firearm." The document also states that "Rowan was faced with Habitual Offender-Third Offense," and that his attachment will undoubtedly be set at $500,000. Rowan will probably experience even more costs pertaining to the fake death story, as his supporters helped raise over $1,300 during a funeral for his family based on Ellison. The Preliminary Hearing for Rowan and others is defined for April 1 according to the Gladwin County Record. Follow Bleacher Record Included Columnist Patrick Clarke on Facebook.
