Leave It To A Rather Hot Rutgers Chick To Bring A Frisbee To A Pepper Spray War

Gina Barretti, (pictured, far left and in the photo on the right) is a junior at Rutgers University, where apparently they believe that a Frisbee is a perfectly logical weapon with which to face down riot police. The Frisbee vs. pepper spray confrontation did not go well for Barretti, who got sprayed in the face during what police are calling an off-campus riot on Saturday. It's believed to be the first time since the 1960s that a cop has said "Put down the Frisbee or we'll fire!"

If Brent Musburger had been broadcasting this, Barretti would have a modeling career by now. The photo on the right is also from her Facebook page.

Barretti told Fox 5 News, "A cop came out with the pepper spray and was like 'put the Frisbee down' and I was like 'woah woah woah' and like two seconds later he was like BAM."

Cops in New Brunswick, N.J. — clad in riot gear and holding shields and batons — arrived to a chaotic scene around 5 p.m. Saturday with about 200 people scaling rooftops, setting furniture on fire, throwing bottles and fighting on a residential street near the campus.

Several arrests were made, including for assaulting police officers and disorderly conduct, New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo told the Newark Star-Ledger.

Then suddenly, former men's basketball coach Mike Rice appeared from behind one house and began shoving cops, screaming obscenities and calling everyone "pussies". Showing no effects from the pepper spray, he created a gap in the police line and shoved some students to safety.
