The Indiana Pacers are among the several small groups that have cheated a somewhat weak Eastern Conference. Supported by the play of David West and the introduction of Paul George, the Pacers have established they have the equipment to compete for a tournament. With a protection that ranks second and first in opponent's points per game and defensive standing respectively (according to Basketball-Reference), the Pacers appear to be just one unpleasant spark away from serious contention in the East. Fortuitously for the Pacers, that interest is on the roster. Forward Danny Granger has been eliminated for the remainder of the season, but upon his reunite next season, the Pacers should succeed a lot more than they've on the bad conclusion, where they average a 95.1 points per game. The Pacers' main target continue will undoubtedly be maintaining their frontcourt in courtesy, as David West is primed going to unrestricted free agency come july 1st. They will maintain excellent shape, if a way can be found by the Pacers to keep West while getting the offensive manufacturing from Roy Hibbert he is placed over the last five games. In accordance with NBA.com, Hibbert has published averages of 21.4 factors and 10.8 rebounds over his last five, while capturing a powerful 56 % from the area.
